We are looking for a results-driven Affiliate Manager to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities: • Recruit & Manage Affiliates: Proactively identify, onboard, and nurture top-performing affiliates across global markets, with a focus on long-term success. • Negotiate Partnership Terms: Structure and negotiate competitive deals that align affiliate incentives with company goals — including CPA, RevShare, and hybrid models. • Strengthen Relationships: Build deep, trusted relationships with affiliate partners to increase engagement, loyalty, and performance over time. • Performance Optimisation: Collaborate with key affiliates to scale campaigns, improve underperforming partnerships, and drive consistent ROI growth. • Data-Driven Insights: Analyse key performance indicators (CPA, ROI, LTV, conversion rates) to identify trends, risks, and new growth opportunities — translating insights into action. • Cross-Channel Collaboration: Work closely with internal marketing, design, and product teams to ensure cohesive, high-impact campaigns across SEO, PPC, email, and social media. • Reporting & Forecasting: Deliver regular performance updates, forecasts, and actionable feedback to internal stakeholders to guide affiliate strategy. What We’re Looking For: •2+ years of affiliate marketing experience in the iGaming sector, with a solid grasp of industry dynamics and compliance. •Proven track record of building and scaling successful affiliate partnerships. •Strong analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions and optimize performance metrics. •Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with a collaborative, solutions-oriented approach. • Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. • Experience working with global traffic sources (WW), including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media campaigns. • Comfortable with affiliate tracking platforms, analytics tools, and reporting dashboards (e.g., NetRefer, Income Access, HasOffers, or similar). CRM EXECUTIVE
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and data-driven CRM Executive to support our customer engagement and retention efforts. In this role, you’ll manage and optimise lifecycle campaigns that drive player activity, increase loyalty, and boost lifetime value. Key Responsibilities: • Plan and execute CRM campaigns across email, SMS, push, and in-app messaging • Segment players and personalise communications based on behaviour and preferences • Monitor campaign performance (open rates, CTR, retention, etc.) and optimise accordingly • Collaborate with content, design, and BI teams to ensure timely and effective campaigns • Support A/B testing and continuous improvement of CRM flows Requirements: • 1–2 years of CRM or retention marketing experience (iGaming preferred) • Familiarity with CRM platforms and campaign automation tools • Strong analytical skills and a data-first mindset • Excellent communication and attention to detail • Understanding of player lifecycles and user behaviour in the iGaming space
DATA ENGINEER
We’re looking for a skilled Data Engineer to join our growing team. If you are passionate about turning complex data into clear insights and enjoy building scalable data infrastructure, this role is for you. You’ll play a key part in shaping how data is collected, processed, and visualised across the business. Key Responsibilities: • Design, build, and maintain robust data pipelines to support analytics and reporting needs • Develop and optimise SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and analysis • Create and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau or Power BI for stakeholders across departments • Collaborate with analysts, product, and marketing teams to understand data requirements and deliver actionable insights • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and performance across the entire data stack • Support data warehousing efforts and contribute to architecture improvements Requirements: • 2+ years of experience as a Data Engineer or in a similar role • Proven experience with SQL (advanced level) • Hands-on experience building dashboards in Tableau and/or Power BI • Strong understanding of ETL processes, data modelling, and pipeline orchestration • Experience with cloud data platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) is a plus • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail • Ability to communicate technical insights to non-technical stakeholders
